How do I set up AíNGEL?

Once you receive your AíNGEL device, simply plug it in and say "Hello AiLycia" to begin the guided setup process. AiLycia will walk you through connecting to your WiFi and personalising your experience.

What commands can I use?

You can speak naturally to AiLycia. Try phrases like "AiLycia, remind me to take my medication at 2pm" or "AiLycia, how am I doing today?" She understands natural conversation.

Common Questions

Is my data secure?

Yes. All your data is encrypted and stored securely in UK data centres. We comply with UK GDPR and NHS data protection standards. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can my family access my information?

Only if you choose to share it. You have full control over what information is shared and with whom. Family members can be added to your care circle with your explicit consent.

What happens if I need urgent help?

If you say "AiLycia, I need help" or "Emergency", AiLycia can alert your designated emergency contacts. However, AíNGEL is not a replacement for emergency services. In a medical emergency, always call 999.

Technical Support

AiLycia is not responding

First, check that your device is plugged in and the light is on. Try saying "Hello AiLycia" clearly. If she still does not respond, try unplugging the device for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

Poor connection quality

AíNGEL requires a stable WiFi connection. Try moving the device closer to your router, or contact your internet provider if you are experiencing connection issues.
